Dr. Andy, a holistic healer based out of Tampa, Florida, addresses an array of health concerns comprehensively. Initially introduced to chiropractic through his time as a competitive bodybuilder, he wanted to enter health care profession where he could best help people like himself achieve better results and better performance in day to day life, beyond just pain relief.
One of Dr. Andy’s main passions is fitness and bodybuilding. Before going to chiropractic school, Dr. Andy’s primary objective was to achieve professional status in bodybuilding. While he was on the fast track towards achieving his goal, his father unfortunately passed away in late 2019, leading him to temporarily set aside his bodybuilding goals and embark on a journey towards service and helping others.
Dr. Andy entered chiropractic school with a chip on his shoulder, determined to find and master the method of treatment that would deliver the best possible results. What he found, however, was that all the chiropractic techniques taught in school helped relieve pain and symptoms temporarily, but none of them truly fixed anything permanently. As someone who has never been happy with mediocre results, Dr. Xue was not satisfied with the inadequacies of these traditional chiropractic methods.
This determination to find a permanent fix for spinal dysfunction and poor posture led Dr. Andy on a journey of research into spinal biomechanics and eventual discovery of Advanced Biostructural Correction, which had a pre-established methodology and addressed the biomechanical root cause better than any other technique. Following several months of receiving Advanced Biostructural Correction treatment, Dr. Andy not only found permanent relief of re-occuring back and shoulder pain, but also experienced drastic improvements in his physical performance and physique. Even though Dr. Xue put competitive bodybuilding aside to focus on learning chiropractic, he still trained nearly every day, so he could observe whether or not the type of chiropractic care he was receiving was beneficial towards performance. The traditional chiropractic techniques would help his performance on some days, worsen it on others. After his first few treatments with Advanced Biostructural Correction however, Dr. Xue noticed that he could lift heavier weights than before, muscles that were lagging behind suddenly started engaging much better, and range of motion was also improved. Aesthetically, there was an noticeable improvement in symmetry and balance of his physique as well. Given his love for bodybuilding and chiropractic, experiencing the consistent results and performance related benefits from this technique solidified for Dr. Xue that this would be the service he would provide his patients. He has now come full circle becoming the first ever Advanced Biostructural Correction practitioner in the city of Tampa, Florida, serving people out of the world famous MI40 bodybuilding gym and 18th and main, a recovery health spa in Wesley Chapel. His goal is to make the public aware of this incredibly effective technique and its ability fix chronic issues where other chiropractic methods fail.
Dr. Xue spent the latter half of his clinic experience working for one of the premier ABC doctors/educators on the west side of country, Dr. Harry Wong, achieving mastery in adjusting people of all body types and witnessing the miracles that ABC could perform. Dr. Xue has now brought his skills to Tampa, Florida as the first certified ABC practitioner in the area. The name Lifehack Wellness originated from Dr. Xue’s mission to help people not only get out of pain, but help them discover their fullest potential in the gym and in life.
Outside of bodybuilding and spreading the word about ABC, Dr. Xue enjoys the outdoors, fishing, boating, traveling the world and serving on chiropractic mission trips to underprivileged parts of the world.
